Hello everyone I am back with getting ready to go to school with my family. So firstly we had to all change and get ready to pray. I woke up at 6:30. So I thought there will be a possibility of being early

After we prayed I helped my mum do our lunches and organise our bags and our school things. We went with our dad again in his car. We are going to try to keep going with him so we could be early.

WALT: Reflect on what
we did at technology

Hello everyone me and my group of classmates went to technology and we have been working on our phone stand models in our class graphics.

We have been using a website called tinkercad and we had to create our phone stands with very simply shapes. Miss Ferguson showed us simple ways of aligning, grouping and all sorts of things that we may have never known about.

I enjoyed discovering new sorts of ways of using all these simple shapes I also enjoyed trying to model my own phone stand with these simple shapes.

Hello everyone me and my family have been getting ready for school again. We have put our clothes (uniform) on and we went and we prayed.

After that I helped my mum with our lunches again and we have been making egg sandwiches and having biscuits and crackers

Hello everyone I am now getting ready to go to school with my
brothers. I have been getting ready my lunch and all of my
others things like my netbook, my hat… Etc.

I didn't want to forget those things because they are really
important, firstly we need to wear a hat to school to protect us
from the sun and I need my netbook to help me with my work at
school.

We are having technology right now so I don’t want to be late to
school I really want to be early so I could make it to my graphics
class. You will hear about what I did Later on the day.

Tai Chi Reflection

WALT: Reflect about
what we did at Tai Chi

Hello everyone me and my class have been taking tai chi lessons, we had so much fun. I really love doing this because it calms other people down and also myself and it grows and strengthens our bond as a class. Our tai chi instructors name was Daniel Gordon. Firstly we had to go in two lines and we had to spread out in 5 or 4 lines, I was really excited to learn something new with my class and also do something to calm myself down. We did lots of cool moves such as Tiger pushes mountain, Crane stance, Horse, Monkey washes face and other cool moves and stances. The effect of this is me and my class learning new moves.  

After that we had to go in a circle and tell Mr Gordon our names,

something that went good in our day, something negative that

happened this week and a random act of kindness that we did

this week. Lots of us weren't prepared for this so Mr Gordon
told us that we should try to be prepared next week. I really felt
nervous to get up and say those things, but I bet that most of
the others were feeling the same.  

After all of that Mr Gordon told us that we could play a game,
The game was called the ball game. I felt really nervous but
excited at the same time because I really love to play games.
First of all we had to put ourselves in a circle then we had to
bounce the ball to each other, and we had to bounce it to an
appropriate distance to each other, if the bounce doesn't make
it then the person that bounces it is out. When the ball that we
bounce gets halfway through the circle Mr Gordon will throw a
ball and it will keep going through the circle. If someone drops
the ball or doesn't throw it to the distance that the person was
in then they are out.

After all of that We finished off with bowing down to Each other
then we finished and we went into a line and went back to class
together.

Kiwisport - Tennis Lesson 3

WALT:Reflect on

Hello everyone me and homegroup (homegroup 2) have
been doing kiwisport and this is our third lesson, and we
have been learning new spectacular things, such as serving,
passing and balancing.

I have gotten better at serving and aiming at what I am going to
serve to.

It’s good to know what or who I am going to serve to so it
could be easier and simple for the ball to come back to where
we want it to.

I have also learnt a new game called get the cone.

First of all there will be two sides your opponent's side and your side. There will be three cones on each side. you have to make sure you aim so you would know where you want the ball to go to, If your ball touches one of the cones then you take the one of your opponents cones. Once you have your cones and the opponents cones you will WIN!.

I had a really growth mindset before we went to play kiwisport because I already had two lessons and I have been having fun in all of them. After we played kiwisport I kind of had the same mindset but I was really tired and worn out.

I really enjoyed playing with my partner Bianna because sometimes I did it wrong but she encouraged me to keep trying my best. I felt very silly and happy at the same time.

I think I need to work on trying to aim to the right place and serving with a happy and growth mindset.

Hello everyone I have been writing a design brief with my graphics class. A design brief is when you ask some questions to yourself and answer what, why or who your making this design for. By the way Me and my class are going to be making phone stands. 

What I enjoyed about this was looking at all of the interesting questions that we had to answer. But what I found challenging was actually awnsering them.
