WALT: State our opinion in a positive but honest way

Hello everyone me and my class have been doing an augmentation with our visitor named Ms. Treena. She was talking about how we have voices and how she should use our voices to state our opinions. She also talked about the pests in our world and how they are all helping our population crumble down. These pests/Predators are known as cats, stoats, feral rabbits, possums, hedgehogs and rats/mice.

One thing I found challenging about this was trying to keep my opinion positive but still disagree and give my honest feelings. One thing I enjoyed was having to express myself and tell my perspective on how I feel.

She gave us some instructions on how we should state our comment or opinion
1.  Remember that people from the public/Anyone is going to be reading your comment
2. Make sure that your ready to reply when people give their opinions about your opinion

Hello everyone me and my class were talking technology. there are different kinds of technologies like, Transport, Communication, Electronics, Environmental, Biotechnology, Constructional and many more.

Transportation technology are tools and machines used to solve problems or improve the movement of people and goods. ... Also infrastructure is transportation technology, including roads, rail tracks, bridges, tunnels, parking areas, ports and airports, and so forth. 

 Construction Technology

Students of construction technology learn the basic engineering principles and technical skills necessary to help engineers and other professionals supervise the construction of buildings and other structures.

Biotechnology 

Bio technology is the area of biology which is the study of the living system and organisms used to develop things like plants and things to grow.

Hello everyone I Have been working on my writing and I have been writing my first paragraph. In this first paragraph I needed to write my statement - Inform the reader what the topic of the paragraph is about, Write my explanation - Explain more about the topic, My Example - Back up the explanation with evidence it's true, Effect - When this happens how does it effect other things.

Tsunami are mostly caused by Earthquakes that move the oceans floor. This refers to the Earth made up of these large pieces called tectonic plates. Usually grinding or moving together, or sometimes they would get stuck. When this happens the pressure builds and suddenly the plates get moved into a new position. For example let's say that the Earth is staying still and then suddenly two tectonic plates suddenly shift together, this creates energy waves underwater which reach up to the surface which reach up to the surface this makes the water rise above it’s normal sea level which creates a huge wave which is known to be called a Tsunami. Another example of this is if the water along the shoreline moved back dramatically, it most likely means that a tsunami will occur in just a few seconds or minutes. A Tsunami is not just one wave but it’s a series of waves or a wave train. This means that Tsunamis are most likely created by Earthquakes.

My first blog reflection for Term 2 - April the 30th 2018

Hello everyone I am back in school again it just feels like butterflies in my stomach and lots of different things are going in my brain things like, Worries, excitement and many other feelings that I can't explain. It feels like a wind swirling in my brain.

I did a lot of great things with my family. I went with them to the Orakei park and played there with a lot of children. It was like a herd of wild animals running around. I saw my friend Lydia there. We also watched the movie Rampage and it blew me away. It was very awesome. I think you guys would also like that movie. I also really love the movie Avenger : Infinity War. it was a really good movie. But I didn't really like the ending because they all just died, and I thought that was really boring.

I am really looking forward to camp and I can't wait to go. I've never been to raglan, that's why i'm very excited to go and see what it's like there. I'm also really excited for the sports tournaments to start because I really want to join soccer. I really want to play oriantering again because it's a very interesting sport.

Hello everyone I have had a bad conference with my blog. I have had a bad conference with my blog because I have had only 8 blogs in february when we were suppose to have 15 a month. So now it's march and I will be trying have 40 blogs on this month. So I could make sure I could reach the expectations.
